Support & Maintenance

The AM Service is a flexible request/incident resolution service. It includes both programming (ABAP) and consulting on the main modules to be able to correctly face the digital transformation process.
Based on our experience and the commitment of our team, we can face the challenges present in each business organization and offer a personalized service to our customers.

Team

The team consists of:

• Programming pool formed by expert consultants located in our offices in Barcelona.
• Consulting Pool formed by senior consultants with extensive experience in all SAP modules.

Work methodology

Except for peaks of work or absences, the client will be assigned one or two consultants as interlocutor and programmer.

Internally we have profiles in all SAP modules (FI), (CO), (SD), (MM), etc. and there is constant communication between all team members thanks to the use of the Intranet with documentation. In addition, constant transfers and collaborations are made within the team.
